Refund policy

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY – THERE IS NO REFUND FOR INCORRECT CHOICE.      

Exchange is always an option, and must be done within 10 working days of your purchase. Please email shop@stevessnowstore.com to notify us that you wish to exchange the un used item for another item and attach original proof of purchase. We can then confirm and set aside the item for the exchange, if the item is available. Steve's Snow Store will issue a Returns Authorisation Number and the return address details. The purchaser must pay for the return postage to the office location and the goods MUST be in original condition with all swing tags still attached.

No monies will be refunded for the exchange of an item of lesser value.
